The Princeton Theological Seminary Library holds Neely's papers as he he was named to the faculty in 1988 upon his return from Colombia; he taught until his retirement in 1996.

Photocopied research materials on Washington and Lee University and a list of books donated to Princeton Theological Seminary are available.
