The N. W. MacCully Manuscript Collection
Scope and Content
This journal records a trip taken from Halifax, England to America between October 11 and November 24, 1825. N.W. MacCully gives detailed descriptions of cities such as Boston and New York as well as his travels through upstate New York to places like Niagara Falls. Several anecdotes about his time in America are also provided.
