Processing Information

These papers, along with papers of Daniel and Isaac Foster, were given to the Seminary Libraries in January of 1979 by Colonel and Mrs. Merle L. Carey, the parents of the Reverend Jonathan Sinclair Carey of Brookline, Massachusetts. The papers were sorted and semi-organized at that time. The collection was more thoroughly organized and the original finding aid was written in March of 1997, by Raymond D. Cannata, under the direction of William O. Harris, Archivist.
