Biographical / Historical
Thomas Barnard, son of Francis Barnard, was born in Hadley, Massachusetts as early as 1662. He graduated from Harvard College in 1679. He was ordained as a minister of the church at Andover in March of 1682, where he served until his sudden death on October 13, 1718. Thomas Barnard was succeeded in ministry by his son, John Barnard, and two grandsons, Thomas and Edward Barnard.
