This collection was given to the Seminary Archives and Special collections by the Rev. Rice in October 1998. There are no special restrictions to this collection. It may be viewed by patrons according to the normal procedures of the Seminary Archives.
Biographical / Historical
The Rev. Ronald B. Rice (b. 1937) is a member of the Princeton Theological Seminary Class of 1961. During his three years here he was the campus photographer. The collection consists of three parts. The first part is a number of photographs Rice took of Dr. Mackay, the faculty, students, buildings and events. These photographs have been placed in the appropriate boxes and folders of other Seminary photographs which are contained the Archives Second Floor Book Box. The second part of the Rev. Rice's collection is three reel to reel tapes of sermons by Dr. Mackay. These tapes are in the tape collection held in the Archives. The third part is the class notes that Rice took as a student. The notes are contained in two boxes. The Rev. Rice has provided a biographical synopsis of his time and work here at the Seminary which is contained in file 1:1.
