Biographical / Historical

Peter Ven-Hao Tsai was born in Soochow, China on November 22, 1914. He received degrees from The University of Shanghai (1940), Nanjing Theological Seminary (1945) and Princeton Theological Seminary (1948).

This gift was given to the seminary by Peter Tsai and was located in the office of Dean Foose until it was moved to Special Collections in early 2006.

General

This collection consists of four decorative scrolls of Psalm 23 in Chinese. The scrolls are currently rolled together and stored in a pamphlet box; it is unknown at this time if different storage conditions would be preferable or if any conservation work is needed.
