Processing Information:
This collection was given to the Seminary Libraries by Dr. MacRae in May of 1991, through the assistance of Stephen Hague, a former student and instructor at Biblical Theological Seminary. The papers were acquired as a set, along with a collection of course notes by Robert Dick Wilson, which Dr. MacRae had inherited in 1930. These notes were separated from the notes of Dr. MacRae, and are now stored as a part of the Robert Dick Wilson Manuscript Collection.
This collection was organized, and the original finding aid was written in April 1996, by Raymond D. Cannata, under the direction of William O. Harris, Archivist. At that time, some biographical materials and correspondence from Dr. MacRae's alumni biographical record and from archives' office files were photocopied and added to the collection. The finding aid was edited by Sarah Seraphin in February 2009.
