Processing Information:
This collection was organized, and the original finding aid was written in March of 1996, by Raymond D. Cannata, under the direction of William O. Harris, Archivist. The collection was organized from a number of sources. The files of lecture notes were acquired by the Seminary Libraries through Dr. Allan A. MacRae (along with a set of Dr. MacRae's own notes)in 1991. Dr. MacRae graduated from Princeton Seminary in 1927, and had assisted Dr. Wilson in the Old Testament Department of Westminster Theological Seminary (in Philadelphia). Dr. MacRae inherited Dr. Wilson's notes at the time of his death, in 1930.
Miscellaneous materials from archival faculty files and items from File D, being chiefly correspondence and biographical materials on Dr. Wilson, were arranged at the end of the collection. The finding aid was edited in February of 2009 by Sarah Seraphin.
