MS. Manuscript Collections

The collection consists of booklets, black and white photographs, and transcribed memoirs, which document the missionary activities of members of the Melrose family, including Paul C. Melrose, an alumnus of Princeton Theological Seminary 1912-1915.

This collection consists of a variety of personal papers of Dr. Miller gathered from a number of sources. Among the items in this collection are sermons, course lecture notes, correspondence, bibliography, genealogy, articles, autobiography, and miscellany.

This collection consists of two bound sets of lecture notes taken by William Narum while at Princeton Theological Seminary from 1945 to 1947.

This collection consists of a small amount of primary and secondary material relating to James Clement Moffat collected by the Seminary Libraries. Content includes student notes, correspondence, biographical materials, and Professor Moffat's original lecture notebooks.

This collection consists of correspondence chiefly to Moody's brother, written during his historically significant evangelistic campaigns in England and Scotland from 1881 to 1882. Subject matter of the letters includes maintenance of Northfield Seminary, D. L. Moody's home in Northfield, and other details and queries regarding the operation of the Moody farm.

Abraham Kuyper is best known for his strong leadership, including four years as prime minister, of the major center-right, Protestant political party of the Netherlands from 1879 to 1920. Kuyper was also the foremost Calvinist proponent and intellectual of the late nineteenth century Netherlands. This collection contains large prints of political cartoons that feature Abraham Kuyper.
