The Frederick Edward Christian Manuscript Collection

This collection consists of sermon manuscripts and audio cassettes of messages by Dr. Christian. The manuscripts were given to the Seminary Archives in November of 1995 and the audio cassettes were given in the spring of 1997. These items were organized as a manuscript collection of the Seminary Archives soon after they were received. The collection is currently housed in three archival boxes (2.5 linear feet).

Frederick J. Allsup was a member of the Class of 1942. He was pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Manasquan, in Manasquan, New Jersey from 1954 to 1959. This collection consists of memorabilia, class notes in spiral notebooks, term papers, and a biblical exposition written for a presbytery.
